Order Confirmation / Invoice / Track & Trace Code

Always check your spam folder first. Missing emails often end up there!

Our system automatically sends an order confirmation with each order. Once a payment is made, an invoice is automatically added to your email. We cannot provide an invoice until a payment transaction is complete. If the shipment is sent via a parcel service, our system will again send an email notification. However, letterbox deliveries do not have a track & trace code and therefore no shipping document will be mailed.

Choosing the Right Hand Transmitter / Remote Control

Replacing or Adding to an Existing System

Always buy a replacement hand transmitter / remote control that is exactly the same as the existing one. Make sure the brand and type match. Just like a BMW key won't fit a Mercedes, the same principle applies to hand transmitters / remote controls. It's crucial to consider the frequency, coding type, and signal algorithm.

Pay attention to small details. For example, the button color often indicates the frequency. Some brands use slight variations in print colors, lens colors, LED colors, logo placement, logo shape, or logo color to differentiate models.

In some cases, the previous supplier might have added their own secret code to the system. This "installer code" prevents other suppliers from providing a replacement hand transmitter / remote control. This code can only be applied to a limited number of installations. Brands like JCM and Cardin transmitters delivered via Heras often use this method.

Only order a different brand or type of hand transmitter / remote control if we explicitly state that it's a suitable replacement for your model.

If you have a multi-channel hand transmitter / remote control but only use 1 or 2 buttons, a cheaper 1 or 2 channel hand transmitter / remote control might be sufficient.

New Transmitter and Receiver Installation

Choose one of the latest technologies for increased security and virtually impossible unauthorized signal copying.

Consider the number of channels you need. Two channels are often enough, but some installations might require 3 or more channels.

Look at the number of hand transmitters / remote controls (or codes) that can be programmed into the receiver's memory.

Consider the receiver's power supply voltage. Most installations have a standard 12V or 24Vdc connection for powering an external receiver. In some cases, 230Vac might be a better option.

Do you want an extremely secure system? We have a system where the hand transmitter / remote control cannot be copied, and unauthorized people cannot program additional transmitters into the receiver. Ask our sales advisors for more information!

My New Hand Transmitter / Remote Control Doesn't Work

Each hand transmitter / remote control needs to be programmed on the receiver of the device it operates. Without this programming, no hand transmitter / remote control will function. This is a security measure to prevent neighbors from buying a hand transmitter / remote control to open your door!

Master hand transmitters / remote controls usually come with instructions, but these often lack information on receiver programming. That's why Parkeerapparatuur.nl usually provides additional instructions on the product page with installation procedures and/or video tutorials.

Here's what to do if your new hand transmitter / remote control or all your old hand transmitters / remote controls don't work after programming the new one:

If you programmed the new hand transmitter / remote control on the receiver and all old hand transmitters / remote controls stopped working, you might have erased the memory. However, if you program one old hand transmitter / remote control again and all the old ones work but the new one still doesn't, there might be a problem with the coding in the new hand transmitter / remote control. You might have forgotten to transfer the code from an existing hand transmitter / remote control to the new one. Please refer to the hand transmitter / remote control/receiver manual.

How to Program the Hand Transmitter / Remote Control

If your transmitter has DIP switches (micro switches), you need to set the DIP switches on the new hand transmitter / remote control exactly the same as on the old one. This ensures that the new transmitter sends the same signal as the old one, allowing it to operate the same device.

If your transmitter uses a rolling code system, you will need to follow the specific programming instructions provided by the manufacturer. This often involves pressing a button on the receiver and then pressing a button on the new transmitter within a certain time frame.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to the manual that came with your hand transmitter / remote control or visit our website for video tutorials and additional resources.
